Safety Tips

1. Avoid going into empty buildings to study by yourself even though it appears to be safe.
2. Keep all of your valuables with you at all times. Better yet, keep them at home.
3. Use the "Buddy" system when coming and going to class.
4. Memorize an escape route to the Sheriff's Station in case of an emergency.
5. Don't accept rides with stangers even though they are classmates.

• In case of emergency do not use the elevator.
  
• Do not accept any rides with strangers.
  
• Report all emergencies to the Campus Sheriffs Department.
  
• For emergencies:
  DIAL #3 on any campus pay phone at no charge.
  
• Keep all of your valuables with you at ALL times. Better yet, keep them at home.
• Know the location of all emergency exits.
