V. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDIZED MATTERS
At this time audience members may address the Council on any topic not listed on the agenda. Due to Green Act Regulations, the Council cannot take action on items not on the Agenda except to assign a topic to a future agenda or to a staff member for investigation/review and report back to the council. Comments from audience members shall not exceed three (3) minutes unless the time limit is waived by a majority of the Council. The total time for public input is limited to 20 minutes unless waived by a majority of the council. VI.
