VI. HEARING SECTION
Audience Participation: Members of the audience may address the Council on any topic regardless of whether it is listed on the agenda. However, due to Greene Act Regulations, the Council cannot engage in public discussion on items not on the Agenda. Topics not on the agenda, which are brought to the Council's attention, may be investigated by the Administration and a report made to the Council at a future meeting. Comments from visitors shall not exceed three (3) minutes unless the time limit is waived by a majority of the Council. The Council shall limit the total time for public input on each item to 20 minutes. With Council consent, the Presiding Chairperson may increase or decrease the time allowed for public presentation, depending on the topic and the number of persons wishing to be heard. A.
