SCHOOL SITE COUCIL MEETING (WEDNESDAY, June 25, 2009)

All documents referred to in this agenda, except those which are exempt from public disclosure under the California Records Act, are available for public inspection at the Crozier Middle School Consolidated office located at 120 West Regent Street, Inglewood, California and at the public meeting of the School Site Council.  In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, should special assistance be needed to participate in this meeting, please call the Principal's Office at (310) 680-5280.  Notification by noon on the Friday preceding the meeting will enable the District to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to this meeting.

VI.       HEARING SECTION

Audience Participation:

Members of the audience may address the Council on any topic regardless of whether it is listed on the agenda.  However, due to Greene Act Regulations, the Council cannot engage in public discussion on items not on the Agenda.  Topics not on the agenda, which are brought to the Council's attention, may be investigated by the Administration and a report made to the Council at a future meeting.  Comments from visitors shall not exceed three (3) minutes unless the time limit is waived by a majority of the Council.  The Council shall limit the total time for public input on each item to 20 minutes.  With Council consent, the Presiding Chairperson may increase or decrease the time allowed for public presentation, depending on the topic and the number of persons wishing to be heard.
